"Fairy Trance"

fairies dancing in the air
Their laughter sways in midnight hair
Search for mischief in their lair
Dance in their ring if you dare

would you fain become such slave
Zombie-eyed, real depraved
For seven years, you shan't be saved
But for the pleasures dare the brave

Search at night for fairies' ring
Silver moonlight holds such things
drifting, track as fairies sing
to hypnotizing breezes cling

These are the magic clues to follow-
Mushroom houses in the hollow-
following enchanted swallow-
sink back into changeling shadow

mesmerized by magic's kin
Heady whispered urges spin
one foot out?...Put both feet in...
to be entranced by fairy sin
