About Poetry Pages

The purpose of this web site is to create an interface for poets who are driven by their work and readers who enjoy and love the art form of poetry. Poetry Pages was created for those who love reading, writing, and sharing poetry. Poetry Pages welcomes those breaking into showing their work and those that have been sharing their talent with us for a while.

Poetry Pages was originally created as a cooperative education project by a student at Antioch College, OH. The project was carried on and maintained by the founder. Later, the page was expanded to Wildstar Press, which was meant to include a more diverse collection of works. However, the original format of Poetry Pages was preserved and the title changed to Wildstar Press's Poetry Pages to avoid any copyright infringement with poetrypages.com. Poetry Pages was forced to move along with Wildstar Press when the project lost its web hosting. At the time the staff was expanded to two, non-paid volunteers who maintain the site and review all works. If you have suggestions, comments, or complaints please contact wildstarpress at wildmail.com with Wildstar Press in the subject line. Please check back periodically, for as more is added these page will become more inclusive.
